5. What We Expect from Members
All members are expected to:
- Treat others with respect and dignity
- Use inclusive and appropriate language
- Be mindful of different perspectives and experiences
- Challenge discrimination in a respectful way where appropriate
6. Prohibited Behaviour
The following behaviour is not acceptable:
- Discrimination or exclusion
- Harassment or bullying
- Offensive or derogatory language
- Hate speech or prejudice
- Any behaviour that makes others feel unsafe or unwelcome
Such behaviour may result in moderation action, including removal from the community.
7. Accessibility and Inclusion
We aim to make our community as inclusive as possible by:
- Choosing accessible venues for in-person events where possible
- Considering the needs of individuals with disabilities
- Using clear and inclusive communication
- Being flexible and responsive to individual needs where reasonable
8. Responsibilities of Organisers and Moderators
Leaders and moderators are responsible for:
- Promoting an inclusive environment
- Addressing inappropriate behaviour
- Taking concerns seriously and responding appropriately
- Ensuring this policy is upheld across all activities
9. Reporting Concerns
If you experience or witness discrimination or exclusion, you are encouraged to report it.
You can do so by:
- Contacting a moderator or organiser

All concerns will be handled in line with our Complaints Policy.
10. Monitoring and Review
We are committed to continuously improving equality and inclusion within our community.
This policy will be reviewed regularly to ensure it remains effective and relevant.
